Osvero software

Osvero provides Windows Playbook authoring and execution software. Pre-release builds may change before a stable release, including catalog entries, compatibility, account capabilities, file formats and plan availability.

Windows changes and recovery

Osvero is designed to preview supported changes, verify resulting state and preserve rollback or recovery information where the runtime supports it. No software can guarantee recovery from every Windows, hardware, policy, third-party application or system failure. Review Playbooks before Apply and keep appropriate system backups for important devices.

Accounts and plans

Osvero accounts may receive Free, Personal, Pro or Team capabilities. Importer safety functionality is designed to remain available on Free. Personal enables persistent Studio authoring and export. Pro and Team add professional or organizational workflows as those capabilities become available. Plan availability, pricing and limits may change before purchase or renewal; the terms shown at purchase govern a paid order.

Playbooks and trust

A Playbook may contain configuration instructions and resources created by Osvero, you or a third party. Review the publisher and trust state before applying a Playbook. A valid signature verifies integrity and signing identity according to the information available to Osvero; it is not a guarantee that every configuration is appropriate for every computer.

Acceptable use

Do not use Osvero services to distribute malware, intentionally destructive Playbooks, stolen content, credentials or material that violates applicable law or third-party rights. Do not attempt to bypass service security, abuse rate limits or interfere with other accounts.

Account security

You are responsible for protecting your account and authorized installations. Revoke devices you no longer control. Do not share access tokens, refresh tokens, license signing material or account credentials.

Availability

Online account, licensing and download services may occasionally be unavailable. Osvero is designed so Importer recovery and other safety-critical local functions are not dependent on an active subscription check.
