Information used for your account
Osvero processes your display name, email address, sign-in provider identity, verification status and security/session metadata to provide account access. Password credentials are stored using PHP password-hashing facilities; Osvero does not store your Google password.
Desktop authorization
Osvero Desktop opens the system browser for account authorization. The website issues short-lived one-time authorization codes and revocable access/refresh tokens. Desktop authorization uses a random persisted installation identifier rather than a motherboard, disk or CPU fingerprint.
Plans and licensing
Osvero may store your current plan, capability/entitlement state, license validity and authorized installation metadata such as device label, app version and Windows version. Signed offline license leases may contain the account identifier, installation identifier, plan, capabilities and lease validity period.
Operational and security data
The website records limited operational data such as IP address, user agent, referrer, page/session identifiers and timestamps for abuse prevention, service diagnostics, authentication security and basic product traffic measurement. The current site does not use advertising trackers to build marketing profiles.
Osvero uses email for account verification, password recovery and important service communication. Email is delivered through the SMTP provider configured by the service operator. Product-update subscriptions are stored separately and can be removed on request.
Playbooks and local configuration
The website authentication and licensing service does not require uploading the contents of your local Studio projects or the Windows settings you configure. Local paths, registry values, application selections and Playbook resources are not collected by the website merely because you use Studio or Importer.
Cookies
The site uses essential session cookies and, when you select “keep me signed in”, an authentication cookie. They support account security and are not advertising cookies.
Retention and security
Authentication tokens are stored server-side as hashes where practicable. Data is retained as needed to operate accounts, security, licensing, diagnostics and legal obligations. You may request privacy/account assistance at osvero.support@gmail.com.
